Log into BoldTrail / KVCore. Near the top left, click on "Smart CRM".
Click on the "More Actions" drop-down menu and select "Export Contacts" menu item.
On the Export Contacts pop-up, pick the email address to export to, and click the EXPORT button. You will receive an email with a download link.
