Services include the ability to synchronize with both Android and iPhone devices. Leads from any website feed directly and instantly into RealtyJuggler, for automated lead incubation. FSBO’s, probate leads, and Expired’s can be loaded from a variety of third-party services using customized one click importers. RealtyJuggler even includes an open house digital sign-in sheet, as well as call capture technology to automatically capture leads using SMS text messaging and voice phone calls. Automated phone dialer technology is also available.
"The combination of RealtyJuggler’s built-in technology as well as third-party integration provides members with the perfect flexible solution. Agents can switch vendors based upon results, which is critical in this fast-changing environment." says Nathan Grimm, RealtyJuggler's Director of Integrations.
Successful agents are constantly experimenting with new lead sources. The ability to swap unsuccessful lead sources for better ones without having to change CRM’s is essential for cost-sensitive real estate agents. Some agents may find results with Facebook advertising leads, or Zillow. Others might get better results driving organic or PPC traffic to an IDX website. Whatever the lead source, RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM provides a unified leads database. This approach allows for fast and consistent follow-up, which is critical to lead incubation, regardless of the source of the lead.
RealtyJuggler even integrates with physical mail campaigns, and phone dialers and includes a vast library of letters, eCards, and flyers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a recommendation regarding FSBOs (For Sale By Owners)?
These kinds of leads are weaker than live buyers or sellers and typically take multiple weeks to incubate. The most important thing to consider is that the seller has a reason why they aren't using a real estate agent. It is critical to find out that reason and address it directly. For example, if the real estate market is hot, the seller may not want to pay 6% commission. But, they may be willing to pay 3% if you bring a buyer to the table.
Leads like these are best handled using multiple forms of contact, with the first form of contact being a door knock to introduce yourself. Use USPS mail, drop a written presentation by, use SMS text messaging, and a phone call to raise awareness. While email can sometimes be useful it is by far the weakest form of communication for this kind of lead and we recommend not starting with email. Start by introducing yourself, then use email to maintain awareness. RealtyJuggler has DRIP sequences that are specific to the kind of prospect. The standard Letter Library has the DripGroup: ProspectSellerFSBO and the Exotic Letter Library has the drip sequence DripGroup: SellerFSBOHelpful. Printing these letters and sending by USPS is likely your best approach.
I would like to send Birthday cards in the mail. How do I know when to send each card?
Each contact record in RealtyJuggler has the ability to store as many as 9 annual dates. These dates can be birthday, spouse's birthday, the anniversary of a closing, and even the birthdays of children and family pets. By entering this information in RealtyJuggler, you are able to get a list of sorted birthdates for everyone in your database by going to the Main:All Tasks section of RealtyJuggler. From there, you can print mailing labels, call people, and even schedule an email. These are annual reminders and once you have marked someone done, would become due 1 year later, again on their birthday. Wishing someone a happy birthday is the perfect way to remind the people you know that you care. Contacting a past client on the anniversary of the closing of their home is also a great way to remind them that as their friend and trusted advisor would be honored to help them in the purchase or sale of their next home.
How can I feed leads from Zillow straight into RealtyJuggler?
To feed leads from Zillow into RealtyJuggler, you would use Email feed. That is located at Main:Settings:Email Feed. Click on the instruction link and follow the instructions for Zillow.
Do you offer Call Capture?
Yes. Information on that feature is located at Main:Settings:Phone:Call Capture. Give us a call for additional information.
Does RealtyJuggler have an Open House registry?
Yes, RealtyJuggler has an electronic form which you can load on a tablet device like an iPAD. This form allows you to collect contact information for each person who has visited you at an open house. This form is available by signing into RealtyJuggler from your iPAD. Tap on the Listings icon and then on the listing that represents the open house. Tab on the Showings/Offers tab on the left amd then on the "Open House Form" at the bottom of that screen. You can upload a photo of the house and a custom letterhead with a portrait photo of yourself and your company logo, for a professional persentation of your open house form.
How can I get leads into RealtyJuggler?
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM can load leads from pretty much any lead source. Some lead sources, such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com are live leads and loaded into RealtyJuggler instantly using email feed. Other lead sources such as expired listings, FSBO's, and probate leads generate a spreadsheet. In that case, those leads are loaded using RealtyJuggler's Valet Import feature. In either case, the loading of leads is foolproof and straightforward and allows you to spend more time prospecting and less time fiddling with spreadsheets.
As a real estate professional, I am constantly out of the office. How can RealtyJuggler CRM accommodate my mobile needs?
You can access RealtyJuggler from your mobile iPhone or Android smart phone. Additionally, both contacts and calendar information synchronize with your smartphones built in native applications. That way, you can use the built-in navigation features of your smart phone and connected automobile. Many agents will also find value in using an iPad with cellular data while they are door knocking. While most CRM's have a user interface that works best on a large display while at home, we recommend that you prioritize a real estate specific CRM, like RealtyJuggler, which prioritizes mobile access.
Should I look for a CRM with an integrated website?
Some real estate CRM vendors, like
Brivity and
Chime include integrated websites as part of their CRM. Other vendors, like
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM and
Referral Maker offer the flexibility to work with any third party website. Purchasing an all-in-one solution is inflexible and tends to produce sub-par results. This is because websites that are included with a CRM tend to look nearly identical to one another and are not easily found when searching from Google. Real estate agents looking to generate leads using their own website should select a website vendor who can help build the website, and also establish ranking in google search results. This is a highly specialized skill and one that a cookie cutter website is poorly suited for. By selecting an
independent website vendor, you also have the flexibility of firing that vendor at any time, without affecting your CRM. Integrating a third party website into RealtyJuggler is easy and is done using
email feed.
