RealtyJuggler Upgraded with Valet Import & Google Drive
Windsor, Colorado - October 1, 2013
Today RealOrganized, Inc. released another upgrade to their RealtyJuggler line of Real Estate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products for real-estate agents.
This latest upgrade further improves upon the popular Valet Import capability. Valet Import allows agents to load leads from any data source with a single click. Members send RealtyJuggler a sample of their data by going to "Main:Settings:Valet Import." RealtyJuggler then creates a special menu item that the member can use to import their data with just a single click from that point forward. Valet Import can be used to load leads from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), county tax records, or even lead services such as LandVoice and The RedX. The improvements include better data fidelity well as the ability to load MLS data into the Homes database.
The Email Feed has also been improved for showings. Showing information can be automatically fed into RealtyJuggler from both Supra as well as Sentrilock lockboxes. This allows agents to track who has seen their listings and to solicit showing feedback. A service report can be also generated and emailed to the seller providing up-to-the-minute details of promotions, showings and showing feedback.
Over 50 additional changes have also been made based upon member feedback. One of the upgrades is the integration of Google Voice with RealtyJuggler. Agents can now dial any phone number in RealtyJuggler using using Google Voice. Skype phone support has also been enhanced as well.
Support for Google Drive, DropBox as well as Microsoft SkyDrive have also been added. This capability allows agents to store contracts and other documents using those poplar services and associate them with Listing and Closing records in RealtyJuggler.
RealtyJuggler also reports that the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) recently reviewed RealtyJuggler and awarded them 4.5 out of 5 stars, an almost perfect score.
"We are tremendously proud of the steady pace of innovation of RealtyJuggler. This is our 25th upgrade since RealtyJuggler Realtor Software was released in September 2004. Valet Import, Google Drive and Google Voice support are just three examples of how we can innovate while maintaining our core principals of a low-cost, easy-to-use product, focused on the average agent." stated Scott Schmitz, President and CEO or RealOrganized, Inc. the parent company of RealtyJuggler.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM work with iCloud on my iPhone?
RealtyJuggler uses Google sync to connect RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM to your iPhone. iCloud contacts, while visually identical to Google Contacts, are slightly different. Give us a call at (970) 672-3467 and we can help you get your iCloud contacts and calendar into RealtyJuggler.
Are the more expensive real estate CRM's better?
No. The most expensive real estate CRM's focus on the needs of the top 1% of agents. The higher price reflects the limited appeal of these products as they tend to be more difficult to learn and use, and usually require full-time staff to maintain and operate. More affordably priced real estate CRMs appeal to the other 99% of real estate agents. This wider appeal is the reason for the lower price.
Can I use my real estate CRM as a guestbook for my open houses?
Yes! RealtyJuggler can convert our iPAD into a guestbook for your open houses. To use this feature, sign into RealtyJuggler from your iPad. If you do not yet have a listing record for your open house, create one. Next, click on the "Showings/Offers" tab on the left inside of that Listing record. Click on the "Open House Form" link at the bottom of that screen. We have a video showing this process
here.
I have special landing pages that I have created. How can I connect those landing pages to my real estate CRM?
Your landing pages generate an email containing the contact information of your prospect. RealtyJuggler can parse those emails and convert them into prospect records. This process is automatic and instantaneous. RealtyJuggler also sends you an email as well as sends you a SMS text message whenever you get a new lead. That way, you can respond immediately.
Should I look for a CRM with an integrated website?
Some real estate CRM vendors, like Brivity and
Chime include integrated websites as part of their CRM. Other vendors, like
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM and
Referral Maker offer the flexibility to work with any third party website. Purchasing an all-in-one solution is inflexible and tends to produce sub-par results. This is because websites that are included with a CRM tend to look nearly identical to one another and are not easily found when searching from Google. Real estate agents looking to generate leads using their own website should select a website vendor who can help build the website, and also establish ranking in google search results. This is a highly specialized skill and one that a cookie cutter website is poorly suited for. By selecting an
independent website vendor, you also have the flexibility of firing that vendor at any time, without affecting your CRM. Integrating a third party website into RealtyJuggler is easy and is done using
email feed.
As a Realtor, should I use a generic CRM, or a real estate specific CRM?
The needs of real estate agents in the US and Canada are unique and you cannot expect a generic CRM to contain the features that a real-estate specific CRM offers. These features include content such as a real-estate specific letter library, a flyer library, and a library of eCards to send to friends and past clients. Additionally, you should feed leads from real-estate specific lead sources live into your CRM using an email feed email address. Calculators for commissions, mortgage payments, and CMA's allow you to do what-if analysis based upon specific interest rates, and commission structures. Unlike generic CRM's which tend to focus on business-to-business sales, a real estate specific CRM has numerous features dedicated to serving families. Contact information includes spouse name and birthdate, as well as the names of the children, and even the family dog. Emails, printed, letters, and Christmas card labels would be typically addressed to both the husband and wife.
I am on a budget. What is the cheapest real estate CRM that I can buy?
RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software offers a 90-day free trial which requires no credit card or commitment. The membership cost is the lowest in the industry at $179 / year. For an agent on a budget, RealtyJuggler is an excellent option. There are more than enough features for most agents and the phone technical support is free. If you decide on using a different CRM, you can export your data in industry standard CSV format, suitable for loading into any competing real estate CRM.
How can I track my real estate lead sources to determine which lead sources are most effective?
You real estate CRM can track lead sources for each contact in your database. These lead sources are automatically entered for all leads that come from online lead sources such as Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com as well as your web sites. For leads you have hand-entered, you can enter how you met that person, including the name of the person who recommended your services. RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM sifts through all that information to provide a graphical analysis of which lead sources to identify which ones are more common than others. It also tracks closings and identifies which lead sources are most likely to generate income. For referrals from other agents, you can use RealtyJuggler to document referral fees, and provide automatic contact reminders to keep the referring agent up to date on the progress of that prospect. Most successful agents should expect around half of their income from referrals and business from their sphere of influence. For those kinds of referrals, RealtyJuggler tracks thank-you gifts, as well as provides regular contact reminders with key influence makers who provide the bulk of your referral business.

I get a weekly spreadsheet of leads and I would like to import into my real estate CRM. How can I do that?
You can use RealtyJuggler's Valet import capability to load leads from CSV files and spreadsheets. You first submit a Valet Import request to our staff. We analyze the sample data you send us and create a special import menu item, just for you, named after your data source. Then, whenever you want to import data from that same data source, you just select that menu item and import your data.
