Today RealOrganized, Inc. announced the availability of a major free upgrade to RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software for real estate agents. RealtyJuggler is a combination organizer, contact manager, calendar and transaction management system exclusively for real estate professionals and Realtors®. Multi-user capabilities make RealtyJuggler perfect for teams who need to work together, such as an assistant and an agent. All registered users will automatically receive the latest version of the software the next time they sign into their secure account.

The upgrade consists of over 70 individual bug fixes, including improvements to importing contacts from Top Producer and Microsoft Outlook. The online calendar has been improved in both speed and improved user interface. The seller net calculator now more accurately calculates commission. Escrow calculations now more accurately compute both estimated as well as actual escrow balances.

In addition to bug fixes, a number of feature enhancements have also been made:
* E-mail templates are available, allowing agents to easily send any of 70 pre-existing templated e-mails as well as create their own custom e-mail templates.
* Can now send an e-mail form to Sellers allowing them to enter contact info for home showings. No more need to pick up business cards every few days from homes you are listing. Instead, have your seller enter the information and get notified instantly via e-mail.
* RealtyJuggler supports Unicode, allowing for full internationalization support.
* Can now select multiple rows in lists. This capability is perfect for deleting multiple records or changing the category for multiple contacts
* Support for up to 7 phone numbers, increased from 5 before
* Now handles renters (buyers looking for a property to rent) as well as rental management (sellers looking to rent a property)
* Can now send a showing feedback e-mail form to agents who have shown a listing of yours asking for feedback. No more playing telephone tag to learn what the buyer thinks.
* Support for Apple iPhone and Palm Folio.
