Fort Collins, Colorado – Sept 18, 2023
Today, RealOrganized, Inc. announced the availability of sphere of influence incubation training sphere of influence incubation training for RealtyJuggler Real Estate Software. This training provides concrete ways for you to nurture your relationships with past clients, friends, relatives, neighbors, and business associates using automation.
"Many real estate agents focus on nurturing fresh new leads. While fresh leads are important, you will work twice as hard to close a deal with a stranger, then with a friend or past client. By maintaining contact with past clients, you stand a good chance of being their agent when they decide to buy or sell real estate. After all, they already know and trust you." explained Frank Larnerd, RealOrganized, Inc.'s Email Postmaster.
Small gestures go a long way. Send an annual Christmas card in the postal mail. Make a periodic phone call to see how things are going. Send a postcard to your geographic farm with a just sold and just listed summary. Wish your friends happy birthday, or call them on the anniversary of their home purchase. You can gently remind them that you are always available for real estate advice or help. This lighter approach works wonders with people who already know and like you.
Training is complimentary and is one of the numerous benefits that are included with a RealtyJuggler membership or free trial. Contact RealtyJuggler now to schedule your training session.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM have such good reviews?
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM prioritizes ease-of-use and technical support. This combination is perfect for a busy real estate professional who is looking for a practical CRM that gets the job done without a lot of fuss.
Does RealtyJuggler have all the features of competing Real Estate CRM's?
Yes. When compared against competing real estate CRM's, RealtyJuggler has more features. However, most agents only use a small fraction of the features available, which is why we recommend against focusing exclusively on features. Instead, make sure that your real estate CRM vendor offers complimentary phone support, training videos, and onboarding. Learning how to use the features that are important to you is the single most important consideration when selecting your real estate CRM.
How can I get leads into RealtyJuggler?
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM can load leads from pretty much any lead source. Some lead sources, such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com are live leads and loaded into RealtyJuggler instantly using email feed. Other lead sources such as expired listings, FSBO's, and probate leads generate a spreadsheet. In that case, those leads are loaded using RealtyJuggler's Valet Import feature. In either case, the loading of leads is foolproof and straightforward and allows you to spend more time prospecting and less time fiddling with spreadsheets.
I would like to send Birthday cards in the mail. How do I know when to send each card?
Each contact record in RealtyJuggler has the ability to store as many as 9 annual dates. These dates can be birthday, spouse's birthday, the anniversary of a closing, and even the birthdays of children and family pets. By entering this information in RealtyJuggler, you are able to get a list of sorted birthdates for everyone in your database by going to the Main:All Tasks section of RealtyJuggler. From there, you can print mailing labels, call people, and even schedule an email. These are annual reminders and once you have marked someone done, would become due 1 year later, again on their birthday. Wishing someone a happy birthday is the perfect way to remind the people you know that you care. Contacting a past client on the anniversary of the closing of their home is also a great way to remind them that as their friend and trusted advisor would be honored to help them in the purchase or sale of their next home.
What are animated eCards and how do they work?
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM includes a library of animated greeting cards that you can email to people you know. These eCards are perfect for wishing someone a Merry Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, or Halloween. Dozens of common US holidays are included as well as Canadian holidays like Canada Day and Victoria Day. These eCards are typically sent as bulk emails to a group of people and can be scheduled to be sent right before the holiday date. In addition to holidays, RealtyJuggler contains a library of occasion eCards suitable for birthdays, closing anniversary, Bar Mitsvah, birth of a baby, and even condolence cards for the death of a pet, as well as illness, and even apology cards. These cards are a great way to show your friends that you care and have remembered their special day. A secondary benefit of these cards is that they make it easy to send periodic emails to your sphere of influence to verify that the email you have on record for them is correct. You should expect that around 10% of the emails you have on record will become out-of-date each year due to people changing email addresses. By maintaining regular email contact with the people in your database, you can maintain accuracy of your database as well as keep your name top of mind.
