Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
All personally identifiable information RealOrganized, Inc. collects on a customer is available
for viewing and editing by our customer by accessing their profile. You can
edit or delete your Account Information at any time from our web site by signing
in and changing your profile.
Data Retention
RealOrganized, Inc. retains all sales and account information indefinitely. This
information is used for accounting and tax purposes. Customer Private Information
is retained for a minimum of six months after a Membership has been cancelled
or deactivated. This is to permit reactivation of the account by the customer
at a later date. Customer Private Information can be explicitly destroyed at
any time by the customer by contacting RealOrganized, Inc. and requesting that your account be deleted.
Email
We may send you an email periodically about important upgrades to products
that you own or have made enquiries about. Email's which are considered essential for transacting
business with RealOrganized, Inc. cannot be unsubscribed to. For example,
notification of a purchase will always be sent to a customer. RealOrganized, Inc. does not make available your Email address to third parties, except as required to complete a transaction.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation
in these surveys or contests is voluntary. Information collected may
