RealtyJuggler Security

We employ extensive security measures to ensure the safety of your data. Firewalls and other software protections are used to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control.

All RealtyJuggler is redundantly backed up nightly. We also do an offsite backup of all data weekly, in case of a catastrophic disaster.

All RealtyJuggler data can be exported and used within competing CRM products. This prevents vendor lock-in, and allows you the freedom to switch real estate software software vendors as you wish. The format of all exported data uses industry standard convention suitable for use within Microsoft Outlook, Google, Apple Addressbook and any other Contact Management or CRM Product. You can download your data at any time by going to the Main:Settings:Export section of RealtyJuggler. We also offer a free Microsoft Office Outlook Sync and Google Sync capability. This capability provides an additional, automatic level of redundancy to your contacts and appointments.

All your closings, listings and other deal information can be exported as a Service Report in RTF format. This format is readable by Microsoft Word. You can back up past closings to your hard drive, a CD, as well as print them out. This information is useable by you without an active RealtyJuggler Membership.

All of your RealtyJuggler data is retained forever as long as you keep your Membership active. Should your Membership lapse, your information will be retained for an additional three months.

RealtyJuggler uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to encrypt the transmissions between RealOrganized, Inc. servers and your computer. This is the same technology used by banks to secure their transactions and is the most powerful encryption available for commercial transactions today. SSL options are controlled from the SignIn screen by selecting options from the Encrypt menu.

We do not retain credit card information nor do we automatically charge your credit card.
