Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit the RealtyJuggler letter library?
Yes! You can create your own custom version of any letters in the RealtyJuggler letter library. You have total control over the letters you send, when, and what is in each letter.
Can I add images and videos into the emails I send with RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM?
Yes. RealtyJuggler includes the ability to add images and videos to your emails. You can also format the text, and include your company logo and a portrait photo of yourself.
Are the time-released drip emails sent automatically from RealtyJuggler?
Yes. When you apply a time-release email drip sequence the emails are automatically sent at the date and time that you have specified. If you decide to print the letters, RealtyJuggler will help you print just the letters that are scheduled to be sent immediately.
When someone replies to one of my RealtyJuggler emails, does the reply go directly back to me?
Yes. If someone replies to one of your RealtyJuggler emails, the reply email goes directly back to your regular email address.
What are animated eCards and how do they work?
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM includes a library of animated greeting cards that you can email to people you know. These eCards are perfect for wishing someone a Merry Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, or Halloween. Dozens of common US holidays are included as well as Canadian holidays like Canada Day and Victoria Day. These eCards are typically sent as bulk emails to a group of people and can be scheduled to be sent right before the holiday date. In addition to holidays, RealtyJuggler contains a library of occasion eCards suitable for birthdays, closing anniversary, Bar Mitsvah, birth of a baby, and even condolence cards for the death of a pet, as well as illness, and even apology cards. These cards are a great way to show your friends that you care and have remembered their special day. A secondary benefit of these cards is that they make it easy to send periodic emails to your sphere of influence to verify that the email you have on record for them is correct. You should expect that around 10% of the emails you have on record will become out-of-date each year due to people changing email addresses. By maintaining regular email contact with the people in your database, you can maintain accuracy of your database as well as keep your name top of mind.
How does RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM personalize each letter?
RealtyJuggler has a letter library where the templates for your letters reside. In the place of your individualized greeting is a mail merge variable %Salutation%, which is filled in when you apply the template to a specific person. For example, if you send a letter to Sam, the template might start out "Dear %Salutation%" which would be converted to "Dear Sam" when you apply that template to Sam. There are numerous mail merge variables, allowing for extensive personalization based upon name and address and much more.
Can you explain exactly what a time-release drip mail sequence is?
A time-released email drip sequence is a series of letters that is sent at pre-defined intervals to a single person. You can apply the drip sequence to different people, but each person gets their personalized letter based upon when you first applied the sequence. So, if you apply a drip sequence to Sam today and that same drip sequence to Larry next week, Sam will have his letters scheduled one week earlier than Larry. Drip sequences are ideal for fresh prospects.
As a real estate professional, I am constantly out of the office. How can my real estate CRM accommodate my mobile needs?
A good real estate CRM can access content from your mobile iPhone or Android smart phone. Additionally, both contacts and calendar information should synchronize with your smartphones built in native applications. That way, you can use the built-in navigation features of your smart phone and connected automobile. Many agents will also find value in using an iPad with cellular data while they are door knocking. While most CRM's have a user interface that works best on a large display while at home, we recommend that you prioritize a real estate specific CRM which prioritizes mobile access.
