How can I get leads into RealtyJuggler?
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM can load leads from pretty much any lead source. Some lead sources, such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com are live leads and loaded into RealtyJuggler instantly using email feed. Other lead sources such as expired listings, FSBO's, and probate leads generate a spreadsheet. In that case, those leads are loaded using RealtyJuggler's Valet Import feature. In either case, the loading of leads is foolproof and straightforward and allows you to spend more time prospecting and less time fiddling with spreadsheets.
Should I look for a CRM with an integrated website?
Some real estate CRM vendors include integrated websites as part of their CRM. Other vendors, like
RealtyJuggler Real Estate CRM offer the flexibility to work with any third party website. Purchasing an all-in-one solution is inflexible and tends to produce sub-par results. This is because websites that are included with a CRM tend to look nearly identical to one another and are not easily found when searching from Google. You can use email feed to feed leads from any IDX website (even Brivity!) straight into RealtyJuggler using a technology called email feed. All IDX websites generate an email notification when leads are generated. RealtyJuggler can parse this email and instantly turn it into a Prospect record, and notify you via SMS text and email. To do this, sign into RealtyJuggler and go to Main:Settings:Email feed. Copy the unique email address listed there. That email address is just for you and if an email is sent to that email address, your Prospect will be generated. Next, sign into your IDX website and enter that email address from RealtyJuggler into the email address listed there for where new leads notification are sent to.
Does RealtyJuggler have an AutoDialer or Phone Dialer?
Yes, RealtyJuggler has several options for phone dialing. Our recommended dialer uses Twilio and can be used as a voice dialer, or SMS assisted voice dialer. We also offer integration with Google Voice, Zoom Phone, DialPad, JustCall, RingCentral, and Macintosh Continuity. Please give us a call at 970-672-3467 for help configuring.
