Executive Summary - MondayCRM Alternative
Monday CRM is a general use CRM, which means it lacks many key features that a busy real-estate agent expects in a real estate CRM. A real-estate specific CRM like RealtyJuggler includes the ability to calculate and track commissions, showings, offers, and expenses. RealtyJuggler also has an extensive content library of real-estate specific flyers, eCards, and prospecting letters, including time-release drip letters. RealtyJuggler includes the ability to track spouse name, birthday, the names of children and pets, while a generic CRM like Monday falls flat in that regard. RealtyJuggler also can feed leads from live lead sources such as Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and any IDX website, straight into RealtyJuggler, whereas a generic CRM like Monday lacks that capability.
Another key distinction is in the area of support. RealtyJuggler operates from sunny Colorado USA, with phone technical support handling by native english speakers who work hand-in-hand with the developers who are based in the same office. When you call, someone will answer the phone and answer your questions directly, without delay. RealtyJuggler staff is highly experienced in understanding every feature within RealtyJuggler, even complex features such as the commission calculators. The result is a superior technical support experience, with training, support questions, and bug fixes handled professionally and rapidly.
Monday CRM is based in Israel and does not offer phone support. This means that support questions are typically delayed by at least a day. One recent reviewer commented online that: "You overcharged me, and I have been waiting 12 days for a response from support." another person was even more direct by saying: "Support is bad bad bad. They only offer email support and I've been down for a week and it's taking 24 + hours for each returned email."
There have also been nuerous reports of bugs in Monday CRM which can cause loss of data, inability to access the system, or unreasonably long load times. One recent customer reported: "We've had numerous major issues over the last few weeks that their support has acknowledged, but still not fixed. As of a few days ago their platform started deleting data at random, won't show up in the archive or deleted pages, just gone. This platform is HORRIBLY unstable. If you're not deeply committed yet run the other way." There have also been numers reports of double billing, and people being locked out of their acccount when they try to reverse the duplicate charges. One reent customer reported: "Out of nowhere, we were deducted double the amount and 2 months before our scheduled deduction was due to occur. I have been communicating with support for 2 weeks with no resolve. They are refusing to accept that the deduction was even made!"
Since Monday CRM is buggy, not real estate specific, and offers poor support, we would not recommend it as a real estate CRM. If you are a real estate agent looking for a good Real Estate CRM, take a look at RealtyJuggler. The product has many real estate specific features as well as content so you can start using it right awya. Since RealtyJuggler is easy to use, and has actual live phone support that speaks english and knows the product well, you won't waste time trying to figure things out. The price is quite affordable and they offer a 90-day free trial.
