Windsor, Colorado - April 22, 2017 - RealtyJuggler services were disrupted starting on the morning of Thursday April 20 2017 through the evening of Friday April 21st. Our networking engineers have corrected the problem and services were restored late evening on April 21st. Unfortunately, the process of finding and correcting the issue took longer than we had anticipated. I want to personally apologize to our members for this disruption of services. We recognize that thousands of real estate professionals rely upon RealtyJuggler and any disruption of services can be tremendously painful.

I also want to personally commit to our members that in the weeks and months to come we will add additional redundancy to our infrastructure to minimize the possibility that an outage like this will happen again. RealtyJuggler has served the needs of our members for more than 12 years and this is the first time that we have had an unexpected system outage that lasted this long. We will take this experience and learn from it and improve RealtyJuggler as a result.
