Your Data is Secure!
We use Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) which encrypts the transmissions between RealOrganized, Inc. servers and your computer. This is the same technology used by banks to secure their transactions and is the most powerful encryption available for commercial transactions today.
You'll know that you are on a secure page when you see a a "lock" in the status bar at the top-right corner of the window or at the top of the window next to the web address. Specific SSL options are available from the SignIn screen.
When purchasing a subscription, your credit card information is handled by PayPal. We do not retain credit card numbers on our servers.
We employ extensive physical security measures to ensure the security of your information. Firewalls and other software protections are used to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control.
All of your data is redundantly backed up nightly. We also do an offsite backup of all data weekly.
In addition to these measures, there are also measures that you can take as well to assure rendundancy of your data. You can download your data at any time by going to the Main:Settings:Export section of RealtyJuggler. Data is exported in industry standard CSV format. For contacts, the format is precisely what Microsoft Office Outlook uses. This contact data is importable by all competing CRM products. We do this to assure you that your data is portable. Further, we also offer a free Microsoft Outlook Sync capability. This capability provides an additional, automatic level of redundancy to your contacts and appointments. This information is backed up on your own hard drive within Microsoft Outlook each time you sync with Outlook. This data is retained and available for your use, even if your subscription to RealtyJuggler should lapse.
All your closings, listings and other deal information can be exported as a Service Report in RTF format. This format is readable by any word processor, such as Microsoft Word. You can back up past closings to your hard drive, a CD, as well as print them out. This information is useable by you without an active RealtyJuggler subscription.
All of your RealtyJuggler data is retained forever as long as you keep your subscription active. Should your subscription lapse, your information will be retained for up to an additional year.
