RealtyJuggler Import Instructions


When you export your data out of another software product, like Top Producer, your information will be copied.  Your old database will not be modified in any way.


If you have an .XLS file and need to convert it to a .CSV file:
  1. Open the file in Microsoft Excel
  2. Select Save As... from the File menu
  3. At the bottom of the save dialog is a format drop-down - select CSV (Comma delimited)



To transfer Contacts from Top Producer 7i into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Launch Top Producer 7i. From the Main menu, Click "Setup", "Data Transfer / Conversion", then click "Export data...." The Export contacts page is displayed.
  2. Select the export option: "Export all contacts".
  3. Click "Next" to proceed. The Export contacts to a file page open.
  4. Select the export option: "Export all columns"
  5. Click "Start" export to begin. The Save exported file as... dialog is displayed.
  6. Select a location (your Windows desktop for example) and type a file name for the .csv export file in the File name field. Click on the "Save" button.
  7. The Exporting records to file dialog appears, asking you to wait until the export process is complete. When the Export complete dialog box is displayed, click "OK" button.
  8. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select Top producer 7i for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.



To transfer Contacts from Top Producer 8i into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Launch Top Producer 8i. From the main menu, select Contacts > Search for Contacts.
  2. Choose "All Contacts". Click on the Search button.
  3. From the Search Results table, use the check boxes to select the contact records you want to export. To select all records in the search results set, select the check box in the table/column header (upper-left corner of the display grid).
  4. Click on the "Export Contacts" menu at the bottom of the screen. The Export Contacts screen will open.
  5. Select the option to export "All Contacts". Select the export option "Contact Records and ALL Associated Items". This is NOT the default option, so check this carefully. If you use the default option, address information will be missing from your export.
  6. Click on the "Export" button. The File Download dialog box will appear.
  7. Click Save. The Save As window will open.
  8. In the Save In field, browse for a convenient location (i.e., your Desktop or a folder on your computer) to save the export file. Remember the location to which you are saving the file. You will need to access it later in the process.
  9. In the File Name field, create a logical name for the .csv export file.
  10. Click Save. An Exporting Records to File dialog box will appear. The process may take several minutes.
  11. When the Export Complete dialog box appears, click OK.
  12. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select Top producer 7i for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.
NOTE: Top Producer will export corrupted files if the export is done using Safari Internet Browser on a Mac. We recommend doing your export from Top Producer while using Internet Explorer on a PC.

If you are having trouble downloading the Top Producer File because Internet Explorer is blocking the download, then you will need to adjust your security settings as described below in steps 4 and 5:

To Transfer contacts from Top Producer 6/6i into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Launch Top Producer 6i. Select "Export Data…" from "Setup" menu. Select "Send to Top Producer System 6".
  2. Click on the "Display all Contacts" button.
  3. Click on "Select All" button.
  4. Click on "Export Contacts" button. Export Source should be "Top Producer 6i". Click "Export" button, type in a file name, pick a "Folder" to save it into, click "OK" button.
  5. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select Top Producer 6i for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.



To transfer Contacts and Calendar from Microsoft Office Outlook (PC Version) 2007 and Earlier into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Would you rather Synchronize your information? If so, use the Outlook Sync instead.
  2. Launch Microsoft Outlook. Click on the File menu
  3. Select the Import and Export... menu item
  4. Click on the Export to a File item in the list
  5. Click on the Next button
  6. Click on the COMMA SEPERATED VALUES (DOS) item in the list
  7. Click on the Next button
  8. Select what you want to export. Make sure to select either Contacts or Calendar
  9. Click Next
  10. You can then determine the name of the exported file and the location
  11. For Calendar, you will need to select the date range you want to export
  12. Click Next
  13. Click Finish
  14. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select Outlook for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.



To transfer Contacts and Calendar from Microsoft Office Outlook (PC Version) 2010 and later into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Would you rather Synchronize your information? If so, use the Outlook Sync instead.
  2. Launch Microsoft Outlook 2010. Click on the File tab at the top of the screen
  3. Select Options, then click Advanced. Under Export click Export. Under Import andExport Wizard
  4. Click on the Export to a File item in the list
  5. Click on the Next button
  6. Click on the COMMA SEPERATED VALUES (DOS) item in the list
  7. Click on the Next button
  8. Select what you want to export. Make sure to select either Contacts or Calendar
  9. Click Next
  10. You can then determine the name of the exported file and the location
  11. For Calendar, you will need to select the date range you want to export
  12. Click Next
  13. Click Finish
  14. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select Outlook for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.
Additional Outlook 2010 Export Instructions


To transfer Contacts and Calendar from Microsoft Office Outlook (Mac Version) into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Launch Microsoft Outlook (Mac Version). Select the Export menu item from the File menu
  2. In the Export Assistant, click Contacts to a list (bottom right corner). Uncheck everything else and then follow the instructions. Export as Tab Delimited Text format.
  3. Once you have that file exported, send the resulting file as an attachment to import@realtyjuggler.com and we will get your data imported for you. Make sure to tell us what program it came from.



To transfer Contacts from ACT! into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Launch ACT! From the main menu in ACT! click File » Data Exchange » Export. The Export wizard opens.
  2. In the File type field, select Text - Delimited.
  3. Click the Browse button (the button with the three dots) next to Filename and Location. The Save As dialog box appears. Specify a file location and file name with a .CSV extension. Click Next.
  4. Select Contact records only, and then click Options.
  5. Complete the following: Select the Comma option button in the Select field separator section. Select the Yes, export field names check box in the Do you want to export field names section. Click OK to return to the wizard. Click Next.
  6. Select All records and click Finish. Do not click Next at this step, since doing so will open the ACT field mapping options.
  7. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select ACT! for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.

To Transfer Contacts from ACT! Premium for Real Estate to RealtyJuggler:
  1. Launch ACT! Select Export… from ACT! File menu.
  2. Click on Next for the Export Wizard.
  3. Select from the Pop-Up menu for Type of file and select Text delimited.
  4. Click on the Browse… button.
  5. From that dialog click on Desktop icon at left and type output.csv for the File name.
  6. Click on Open button in the dialog. This will close the dialog.
  7. Click Next for the Export wizard.
  8. Select Contact Records from the radio button for records to output.
  9. Select the All records for the records you want to export.
  10. Click on the next button. Keep Comma for the delimiter. Check the "yes, export field names" check box.
  11. Click on the next button.
  12. Click Next on step 5 of 6 of the wizard.
  13. Click Finish on the step 6 of 6.
  14. All of these steps have produced a file called output.csv and it is on your desktop.
  15. You can now go to RealtyJuggler, click on settings icon, click on the Import icon. Now select Import icon and select Contacts for what you are importing. For file format, select ACT! Select the file you have just exported and import it.



To Transfer Contacts from Agent Office / Online Agent / Agent 2000 / Executive Agent to RealtyJuggler:
  1. Click on the Contacts module in Agent Office. Click on the Tools menu and select from the Group menu item the Search By Example sub-menu item. Type "-!" (without the quotes) in the first name field. This means that you are looking for all the contacts that do not have a ! in the first name field, which will be ALL of your contacts.
  2. From the 'File' menu select the 'Export Contact Information' menu item. In the 'Export to file' field , double click, then in the 'Save in' field, pick a place to export the file to. In 'Save as type' , select 'All Files'. Then in 'File Name', name the file, and end it with a ".csv" - no quotes. Click 'Save'.
  3. The 'Export Contact Information' box will open. Click on the ALL fields available to export, then click 'Include', and then 'OK'. The list of fields available is a scrollable list - make sure to scroll down and select all the possible fields. You will have 6 pages of field names - over 66 fields in all. Make sure to add them all and that they are in the second list in the same order that they are in the first list. If you miss even one, the import will not work correctly. Export your data.
  4. The instructions differ slightly with different versions of Agent Office, so the above instructions might not match perfectly.
  5. You can now go to RealtyJuggler, click on settings icon, click on the Import icon. Now select Import icon and select Contacts for what you are importing. For file format, select Agent Office CSV Format. Select Allow Duplicates. Select the file you have just exported and import it.



To Transfer Contacts from Maximizer to RealtyJuggler:
  1. From the main menu in Maximizer, click File and then select Export Address Book Entries.
  2. Specify the path and filename of the export file by Clicking Browse and from the Save in drop-down list, select where you want to save the file and enter a file name. Click OK.
  3. In the Format list box, select comma-delimited.
  4. In the Export options section, leave the Include field names as first record in export file option selected. Click OK
  5. In the Select Fields for Export dialog box, use the Add button to select ALL the fields for export. Click Export.
  6. Send the resulting file as an attachment to import@realtyjuggler.com and we will get your data imported for you.



To Transfer Contacts from Filemaker to RealtyJuggler:
  1. Open your FileMaker database, and display a layout that shows the records you want to export. FileMaker does not save fields that are not visible in Browse or Preview mode.
  2. Find the records to export - you normally want to export all records.
  3. From the File menu select Export Records menu item.
  4. In the Export Records to File dialog box, type a name and choose a location for the file. Give the filename an extension of csv
  5. Choose a file type of Comma-Separated Text format (CSV) from Save as type (Windows) or Type (Mac OS), then click Save.
  6. Send the resulting file as an attachment to import@realtyjuggler.com and we will get your data imported for you.



To Transfer Contacts from Yahoo! Address Book to RealtyJuggler:
  1. Log into Yahoo! Mail. Click on your address book.
  2. From the Tools menu, select the Export... menu item.
  3. Click on button to export Microsoft Outlook format. Save the export file to your computer.
  4. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select Outlook for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.



To Transfer Contacts from GMail Contacts to RealtyJuggler:
  1. Would you rather do a 2-Way Synchronization of your Contacts and Appointments using our Google Sync tool? If so, do not import your data and instead go to Main:Settings:Google Sync and follow those instructions instead.
  2. Log into Gmail Mail. There's a drop-down to the left which allows your select Contacts, Mail or Tasks. Select Contacts.
  3. Click on the "More" button at the top of the screen and select the "Export..." menu item.
  4. Click on option to export Microsoft Outlook CSV format. Save the export file to your computer. If you see an option to Save or Open, Select Save.
  5. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select Outlook for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.



To Transfer Contacts from Outlook Web Access (OWA) to RealtyJuggler:
  1. Log into your Outlook Web Access Account and click on the "Addressbook" tab on the left
  2. Click on the "Import/Export" button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. For "Export To:" drop-down select the latest version of Microsoft Outlook listed.
  4. Click on the "Export" Button
  5. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select Outlook for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.



To Transfer Contacts from Apple Address Book to RealtyJuggler:
  1. Go to Apple Address Book. The Address Book has three panes, from left to right. Click on "All Contacts" in the first pane.
  2. Click on the 'File' menu and select 'Export...' menu item and the "Export Group vCard" sub-menu. Make sure you have first selected the group(s) you want to export. Save the export file to your computer.
  3. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Next Click on the Format menu and select vCard for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.



To Transfer Contacts from MoreSolds to RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. Log into MoreSolds. Export your contacts.
  2. Once you have that file exported, go to RealtyJuggler, Click on the Settings icon and then click on the Import icon. Select Import:Contacts. Next Click on the Format menu and select MoreSolds for your format. Then select the file and then click on the Import button.



Importing Landvoice Data into RealtyJuggler Prospects:
  1. Make sure that you are getting your data from LandVoice in Comma Separated Value format (CSV). If you are not sure, give them a call and they can make sure they are sending you the data in the appropriate format.
  2. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Prospect and select "LandVoice CSV" for the format.
  3. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing ByOwnerDaily Data into RealtyJuggler Prospects:
  1. Make sure that you are getting your data from ByOwnerDaily in Comma Separated Value format (CSV). If you are not sure, give them a call and they can make sure they are sending you the data in the appropriate format.
  2. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Prospect and select "ByOwnerDaily CSV" for the format.
  3. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing FSBO Leader Data into RealtyJuggler Prospects:
  1. Make sure that you are getting your data from FSBO Leader in Comma Separated Value format (CSV). If you are not sure, give them a call and they can make sure they are sending you the data in the appropriate format.
  2. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Prospect for Import and select "FSBO Leader CSV" for the format.
  3. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing RealtyTrac Data into RealtyJuggler Prospects:
  1. Export your data/report from RealtyTrac Leader in Comma Separated Value format (CSV).
  2. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Prospect for Import and select "RealtyTrac CSV" for the format.
  3. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing TheRedX Data into RealtyJuggler PROSPECTS:
  1. Export your data out of TheRedX as CSV Format.
  2. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Prospects and select "Red-X" for the format. Make sure that you select Allow Duplicates.
  3. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing Trulia Data into RealtyJuggler PROSPECTS:
  1. Export your data out of Trulia as CSV Format.
  2. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Prospects and select Trulia for the format. Make sure that you select Allow Duplicates.
  3. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing ForeclosureU Data into RealtyJuggler PROSPECTS:
  1. RealtyJuggler expects a CSV formatted file. If you have an XLS or any other format of file, open it within Excel and save as CSV format.
  2. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Prospects and select Format:ForeclosureU. Make sure that you select Allow Duplicates.
  3. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing Foreclosure Radar Data into RealtyJuggler PROSPECTS:
  1. RealtyJuggler expects a CSV formatted file. If you have an XLS or any other format of file, open it within Excel and save as CSV format.
  2. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Prospects and select Format:Foreclosure Radar. Make sure that you select Allow Duplicates.
  3. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing Windows Contacts Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. Launch Windows Contacts
  2. Click on the Export icon on your toolbar. Export ALL columns. You will need to check off all of the check-boxes in the list. Click Finish to Save the file as a CSV file.
  3. Remember where you have saved that file and the name of the file.
  4. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Contacts and select Format:Outlook CSV.
  5. Select the file you just saved from Windows Contacts and click on the Import button.



Importing Microsoft Entourage for Mac Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. Click on the Export... menu item in the File menu in Entourage application. Select the radio button 'Export Contacts to a list (tab-delimited text)'. Save the file as a CSV file.
  2. Send the file to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can do the import into RealtyJuggler for you. Make sure to let us know that the file came from Entourage.



Importing WiseAgent Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts or Prospects:
  1. Login to Wise Agent. On the Contacts Tab, click "Import/Export"
  2. Click the "Export Clients to Outlook" button
  3. On the "Select Clients to Export" screen make sure Category is set to "Show All" and "include contact notes in export" is set to "yes".
  4. Above the first contact Name, check the "Select all" box.
  5. Click the "Export Selected" button.
  6. Save the file somewhere you can find it easily – we recommend saving it to the desktop.
  7. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Contacts and select Format:Outlook CSV.
  8. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing Blackberry Desktop Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. If you are already synchronizing your Blackberry with GMail or Outlook, use the Realtyjuggler Google Sync or Outlook sync options instead. YouTube Video tutorial 10 and 40 show how to do that.
  2. If your Blackberry synchronizes with nothing, then continue with these instructions.
  3. Connect your BlackBerry device to your computer.
  4. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  5. Click Synchronize.
  6. In the left pane, click Configure > Synchronization.
  7. Click Synchronization.
  8. Select the check box beside the Contacts application.
  9. Click Choose.
  10. Select ASCII Importer/Exporter.
  11. Specify an ASCII data file. Outlook CSV
  12. On the Synchronize screen, on the Synchronize tab, select the Synchronize organizer data check box.
  13. Click Synchronize.
  14. Send the file to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can do the import into RealtyJuggler for you.



Importing Outlook Express Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. From Outlook Express, select File > Export > Address Book from the main menu.
  2. Select Text File (Comma Separated Values).
  3. Click Export.
  4. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Contacts and select Format:Outlook CSV.
  5. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing Solve360 Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. From Solve360, set search filter to "Show All Contacts"
  2. Choose Data > Export this List (CSV))
  3. Click Save. If asked top open or save, select save.
  4. Send the file to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can do the import into RealtyJuggler for you. Make sure to tell us that the data came from Solve360.



Importing Sharper Agent Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. From SharperAgent, Go to Contact Manager,
  2. Choose "Check All"
  3. On the right side choose "Download Contacts"
  4. Click "Select All"
  5. Click the arrow button >> to move the fields to the column on the right
  6. Click "Done"
  7. Click the "Download" button
  8. Choose "Save". Title the file and save it to your computer.
  9. Send the file to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can do the import into RealtyJuggler for you. Make sure to tell us that the data came from SharperAgent.



Importing Palm Desktop Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. From Palm Desktop, Under View menu select the Contacts menu item. Under Edit menu select the Select All menu Item. Under File menu, select Export vcard (or just Export).
  2. Save the resulting .vcf file to your desktop.
  3. Sign into RealtyJuggler and go to Main:Settings:Import.
  4. For Format, select "vCard (.vcf)" and import the file into Contacts Database
  5. This is a seriously ancient product. If you have problems, send your .vcf to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can do the import into RealtyJuggler for you. Make sure to tell us that the data came from Palm Desktop.



Importing iXACT Contact Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. In IXACT Contact, click Utilities in the top navigation bar. Click Export IXACT Contacts.
  2. Save the resulting .csv file to your desktop.
  3. Sign into RealtyJuggler and go to Main:Settings:Import.
  4. For Format, select "iXACT Contact Comma Seperated Values (CSV File)" and import the file into Contacts Database



Importing QuickBooks Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. Step 1. Open Quickbooks. Go to the Report Center by clicking Reports > Report Center.
  2. On the left sidebar in the Reports Center, click the "Lists" link.
  3. Click the "Contact List" link in the appropriate section (e.g., Customer) to view a contact list.
  4. Click OK to view the report. Click the Export. . . button and check the radio button for "a comma separated values file (.csv), then click Export.
  5. Save the resulting .csv file to your desktop.
  6. Send your .csv to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can convert the file for you. Make sure to tell us that the data came from QuickBooks.



Importing Advantage xi Data into RealtyJuggler Contacts:
  1. Step 1. Open Advantage xi. From Main menu on left side or on main panel tabs, click "Address Book" tab.
  2. Set "Contact Type" to "[All Types]"
  3. Set "Classification" to "All Records"
  4. Make sure the records you want to export are marked – Click "Data" menu, select first option: "Mark All Record Ctrl+A" or, just hold down the Ctrl key and press "A" – All records should now have a blue "X" at the beginning of each record before the first field.
  5. Click "Data" menu from and select "Export..." menu item (2nd to last item in menu.)
  6. "Select File to export to..." screen will pop up.
  7. Fill in "File name:" with YourNameAdvantageContacts
  8. Change "Save as type:" to "Comma Delimited Text (*.TXT)" if it isn’t already selected.
  9. Save the file to your Desktop so that it is easy to find.
  10. Send your .csv to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can convert the file for you. Make sure to tell us that the data came from Advantage xi.



Importing Market Leader Data into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Sign into Market Leader. In the left navigation, click Prospects
  2. At the top of the Prospect List, click Import/Export
  3. Click the Export Prospects tab, and then follow the on-screen instructions
  4. You can also export your contacts from Market Leader. To do that: In the navigation list, click Contacts. In the action links, click Import/Export. Click the Export Contacts tab.In the Contact Status drop down list, select the appropriate status type. Click Export. When the browser prompts you, select save.
  5. Send your .csv to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can convert the file for you. Make sure to tell us that the data came from Market Leader.



Importing Time Warner (RoadRunner) WebMail Data into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Sign into TimeWarner WebMail. In the left navigation, click Prospects
  2. At the top of the screen, click the "Address Book" button
  3. Click the "Export" Button right below.
  4. For "File Format:" Select "MS Outlook". Click "OK". When the browser prompts you, select save.
  5. Go to the Main:Settings:Import section of RealtyJuggler and select Import:Contacts and select Format:Outlook CSV.
  6. Select the file to import and click on the Import button.



Importing PlanPlus Online - Franklin Covey Data into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Log into PlanPlus. If you are using the original PlanPlus desktop application, launch the program. If you are using the version for Microsoft Outlook, launch Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Click the "Export" tab, then select the data you want to export from the list of options.
  3. Click the file format of the export from the drop-down list in the "File Type" box. If available, select Outlook CSV for format. Click the "Export" button. An "Export" dialog window will open. Select the location on your hard drive where you want to save the exported files, then click "Save".
  4. Send your .csv to import@realtyjuggler.com and we can convert the file for you. Make sure to tell us that the data came from PlanPlus.



Importing HotMail Data into RealtyJuggler:
  1. Log into HotMail. Click on 'Contacts' tab in lower-left corner of screen.
  2. Click on 'Manage' drop-down at the top of the Contacts section and select 'Export' menu item.
  3. Export the file as a CSV file to your hard drive. If asked to "Open" or "Save", select "Save".
  4. Go to Main:Settings:Import and import this file into your Contacts database. The format is Outlook CSV format.
