You can Export your data out of RealtyJuggler by going to Main:Settings:Export. Similarly, you can Import data into RealtyJuggler by going to Main:Settings:Import
The easiest way to see the precise format of a CSV formatted file is to create a new record and then export that record out of RealtyJuggler. That way, you can see what columns go into what fields. The order of the columns is unimportant and most columns can be omitted without any problems.
